So today I wanted to make some crispy keto chicken nuggets in the air fryer for my son because they are one of his favorite foods but keep to my keto diet. To me it cooks like a microwave and oven all in one. One thing I noticed is that it cooks breaded food really well. Air frying is just so much better than deep frying.
